Rocker Arm Bolts

Today I received my order from ZZP for a rocker arm install kit. The picture of the kit shows 2 valve cover gaskets, 12 TTY bolts and ARP assembly lube. When I opened the box, instead of 12 TTY bolts, I received 12 re-usable bolts.:( Can anyone enlighten me on what the difference would be if I used the re-usable bolts instead of the TTY bolts? I know that the reason a person would use re-usable bolts is if they thought they would be dis-assembling and re-assembling the rocker arms multiple times, but in my case, I only want to assemble once. I also assume they have different torque ratings but other than that, do they work as well and more importantly, do they ever need to be retorqued? If I wanted to install these bolts once and only once, and hopefully never need to do this again, would it be OK to use these bolts instead of the TTY bolts?

BTW, I ordered a set of (12) LS7 lifters from Texas Speed. $97.99 for 12. Very good price !!!

I ran my zzp re-usable rocker bolts for my 1.9 rockers for around 30k miles. I re-used them when I put my cam in (since i had to put stock rockers back on). almost 10k so far so good. Just make sure you clean out the rocker holes real good with q-tips.

So, its just straight 25 lb/ft? No 25 then +90 degrees or anything like the TTY bolts? What about locktite? Or, do I use the ARP assembly lube instead?

Re-usable bolts are 25 ftlbs...but ZZP says 23...IIRC I torqued mine to 25 though.

GM stock TTY bolts are 12 ft.lbs + 90* or something like that...cant remember and dont feel like digging to find them. You can put a DAB of loctite on them...on the tip...but thats it.

I have them with a set of ER rockers. I torqued them to 23 ft/lbs and have had no issues. They have been on the car for about two years.
