Not sure where I should post this but...
Anyone ever heard of a company called Maimitireoutlet.com (Not a working website)??? Well here's my delemia...I purchased some tires through an ebay company called USTIREOUTLET this past Sunday night. I paid though paypal on Sunday night figuring that they're terms of shipment , ship the next business day by 11am. I had sent my payment through paypal along with the shipping instructions of where I want my ordered shipped and asking for a tracking number. Ok, I hear nothing back figuring it's a Sunday night and if it's an buiness that no one is sitting in front of a computer at that moment to answer me. Monday afternoon rolls around still no email or tracking number. I'm getting a little upset at this point. Most people are very responsive on ebay by the next day confirming they have recieved your email and inquiry and will contact you when the item is shipped. I then reach out to the companty via several email adresses listed and through 2 800 numbers that are listed on there ebay website. I call the 800 customer service number and get a few prompt options, 1 for sales, 2 for Juile, 3 for Erin , 4 for tracking number, 5 for customer service. I press 1 for sales and get an anserwing machine, but it tells me that the mailbox is full and you can not leave a message then disconnects. I'm starting to get a little worries at this time. I figure I would give them another day (maybe they are buy) Ok, Tuesday rolls around still not responce from my inquiries...Now it's Wednesday mourning and here I am with no responce from this company, no email from a staff memeber, a non working website, and a 800 number that you cant leave a message or get a hunman on the phone....What should I do at this point? This was a copy of the email I sent to the serveral email addresses this mourning.

I'm inquiring about an ebay item that I purchased on Sunday night 8/10/08 (ebay item number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). The payment was sent via paypal and has cleared through my bank. I've made several attempts to contact someone through your ebay account , various email addresses an 800 number, that know one picks up and is unreachale to anyone or to leave a message. Are you a legitimate business? I'm wondering what the status of my order/tires were? Has it been shipped and if so I could you please provided me with a tracking number? I'm very upset at this point being 3 business days and still no response about my inquiries. If I do not hear back from your company by 5pm today I will file a claim with paypal to get my money back.
