Rewiring Electronics Harness and Vacuum Lines Help!

So as many of you may know, I rebuilt my engine. As you may also know, this is my first time doing such a thing. That being said, I did not mark every plug of the wiring harness nor did I mark all of the vacuum lines.

Does anyone have any tips for making sure that everything is in working order? There are also some lines that need to be replaced, and there is a "T" missing - it was broken anyway, I just have to find where it goes to put the new one.
