retune with and without alky

well chatted with gibson online and he suggested throwing the 3.4 and unplug the alky and retune and see where my actual AFR is at. after a few tweaks under the PE vs Time and changed the commanded AFR from 11.3 to 11.9 heres the results:
WB showed a range of 10.1-10.5
no alky- NO-ALKY WB-10.1_TO_10.4 (02.25 from fst100 -- Scan Depot dot net

now after i pulled over and reconnected the wires to the alky controller i went out and lowered the fuel via AFC by -1 from 8-11 and came upon the results:
WB showed a range of 10.2-10.5
with alky- WITH ALKY WB-10.5 02.25.2008_1 from fst100 -- Scan Depot dot net

this is with the PLX SMR-AFR. i dont know if the WB is off or not, but i remember there was a link of where this magazine article compared all the brand name WBs and put them to a test. long story short, the PLX brand had one of the worse accurancies, ranging +/-1.0:th_shakinghead2:. do u think this is the case or maybe i need to tweak the tune more to match the commanded AFR with the actual?
