then g5 blower on an improperly "opened plenum" LIM will have a massive vac/boost leak at the pcv fresh air supply passage that is a partial arc next to the bbv opening. if you cut away the LIM plenum wrong youll have a real handfull

Ok can someone please clarify this for me because im slightly co fused. When wiring the relay one wire goes to a switched source. One goes to the battery or fusebox terminal. One goes to a chasis ground or maybe negative battery terminal? And one goes to power the pump itself. So do i just leave the ground wire on the pump plug disconnected or does the pumo ground wire get wired into the ground for the relay?

Well I am officially intercooled running a 3.0 pulley stock timing and zero kr. Running really rich though from previous tune so I have to cut close to 10% fuel and ill add 2* timing and see how far I can take this e54, rockered, intercooled grand prix. Thank you everyone for all your help with this project!

For curious people by adding the resevoir the intercooler capacity is around 1.5 gallons of coolant.

Another interesting note is that my two 90* 3\4 elbows and my two 3/4 to 5/8 reducer 90* elbows were custom dremeled out of those stupid plastic elbows that are used for the lim.

nice work, where did the pump go?
I copied another member on here. It sits pretty low but that's how I wanted it so it could never potentially run dry and I got it used so its in a super easy spot to swap it out if and when it fails.
