Heyy, I reign from southern Minnesota. Thought I'd join since I'd had my Prix for about 5-6 months now. I've had a few 3800 car's and drove many, I have a lot of faith in the powertrain. I have a few toys for myself being 18..
My daily driver is my grand prix, which is my sig...
99 Grand Prix GT. Just about every option with 153k. Haven't had a single problem since I bought it.
80' corvette - 383/700r4. I bought it stock from an older gentleman but the catch was most of it(interior) was in pieces. Got rid of the slow 350 and th350, and built the 383 and found 700r4 core and bought a monster rebuild kit for it. Haven't driven it much, but it's spring soon :th_thumbsup-wink:
Ive had a few vehicles in the past..
2000 Pontiac Bonneville - 126k - first car.
1983 Camaro CFI - rebuilt the motor - big waste of time/money - fun car regardless.
2002 Ford F-150 5.4 XLT FX4 - 132k - Totalled it in accident - Only had it
about 6 months, got tired of payments and mpg besides.
I also strip down and salvage cars/truck's to afford all these toys/other expenses, I'm currently working on this jimmy that my friend totaled out and bent the frame on. motor/trans and other items are still good.
I'll be roaming the website pretty often, won't have much input in less I know about the subject at hand, any questions just ask!
