Replacing intake manifold gasket questions

So I'm going to be replacing by intake manifold gasket here within the month and I was wondering what other gaskets should be replaced along with this as well as any other reccomendations on what to fix/replace when I'm in there. I was looking up the job and saw something about a plenum gasket, what exactly is that and should that be replaced? Also, any pointers would be great! Thanks in advance

upper plenum gasket is the proper name for the supercharger gasket. do the valve cover gaskets and new coolant elbows.

thread sealant for the lim bolts.

we just spent 4 days doing a lim job on this thread. all the info you need is in this thread. http://www.grandprixforums.net/threads/90077-Leaking-gaskets-need-diagnosed-(with-pics)

if your not a first time wrencher this is a 3 hour job tops.

if its your first time out maybe longer. but as you can see form that thread a noob can get it done easy enough. just need the balls to tackle it. its just plugs and bolts, nothing to scary.

I was nervous about changing these gaskets the first time too, but it's a great way to get familiar with your engine.

What I found helpful, was keeping all of the bolts/nuts/etc with their respective system, and storing them away from the other systems. Then when it came time to reinstall, it was just one set of parts at a time.

Good luck!
