Replacing Gauge Lights?

The lights on my gauges have gone out! How do I change them? What I need to know is if I have a problem if those don't work but my service engine light works and blinkers. For awhile now I would have to tap the gauges to get them to light up but now they don't come on at all. I just need to know if I need to remove the whole cluster to change the bulb? I have done it before to change the face of my gauges but I'm hoping to not have to do all this..... Basically I just need an idea of how much time I need for the job.
 


There are many small bulbs that light up the gauges. If they are all out at once I would check fuses/headlight switch before replacing bulbs. Its very uncommon they would all go out at once.
