is there anything out there that i can buy for my car that lets me shut off my speed limiter and change my shift points? like a reprogrammer for other vehicles but i cant find out for my car

Why remove speed limiter and chagne shift points?

It takes forever to reach such speeds and you make like zero hp past 5500 rpms, spinning to the moon is pointless unless you are modded for the task.
