removing passanger side mirror decal

My lovely wife bought me a set of decals that go on the side mirrors. How would i go by and remove the passanger side writing?
(Objects in mirror may be closer).

Try a razor. But I think it's etched

ok. i just dont want to scrach my mirror, so ill try a razor blade.

A razor on the front won't scratch glass

Last night i tried to remove the decal from the mirror with a razzor blade and nothing happened. Anybody have any other ways?

It's not a decal is it? Likely it's etched into the backside of the mirror. Much like turn signal spots for the LED to shine through.

Do don't remove etching, hence the name. It's etched into the glass.
