does anyone know the correct length of the belt needed to remove the ac on a 2002 gtp??

my ac clutch is gone and i cant stand to hear the noise its making... its also like a 500 dollar job, and honestly i dont care for ac anyway

any help would be great

Thanks all

Remove AC yourself with a 15mm wrench/ratchet...whatever it takes.

Buy a AC delete kit from your local auto parts store for like 40 bucks and use the factory belt that is already on there.

seems there is no ac delete kits available in any of the parts suppliers books... do you happen to know a part # for one?? then maybe i could give them that, and they could look it up by that

its been done before, you need to search for one on the net maybe. wbs or even zzpoop should have it.

rockauto may even have it.

Probably just there, I ebay'd it...well, I looked for a few minutes...lol.

ZZP has fast shipping, it is worth it really...instead of wasting your time with a local parts store.

ya when i checked ebay the only listing i saw was someone saying it was listing for the 98 gtp.... and im not sure if that is the same as the 02, is it? you prob know better then i do

perfect, if thats the case, ill order one up today.... thank you so much for all this... ill let you know when it comes in and confirm it works

When you install it, just be sure to rip everything else out of the engine bay AC related...it really opens up space in there.
