looks potentially very good. Just get it cleaned up and post some pics without all the molding goop.

Wow you can hardly see the holes unless you're looking for them. Tear the door panel off, clean the area behind the holes, throw down electrical tape. Tada.

This needs to be done to mine since its black as well and I have a few body issues to take care of any ways tho I wouldnt use RTV. Id carefully dent them in with a ball peen then fiberglass shut sand prime and paint. It would look decent for what my cars worth for now.........

Its a 10 footer anyways lol !

I think he's talking about filling in that important spot that our roof rails are supposed to go. >_>

Ive never understood the rain gutter brain storm umm its the seam for the roof panel and cars could be done with out them "gutters" all together. Ever seen the roof on say a 68 camaro yep their are no seams which in turn forces people to seam/weld the quarter panel with the sail panel if bodywork needs to be done. Modern cars are put together like a lego.

I have a dented passenger rear fender and Im tempted to go take an entire quarter off another car simply becasue I know the wheel arch will NEVER be right other wise. How ever remove the rear bumper, tail light, open the rear passenger door and take off the rocker molding and Im 110% convinced this would not be nearly as hard as people think it would be to replace the entire quarter panel.

Hell alot of parts on new cars are glue'd Ive seen door skins on the outside glued to shells like most like chevys are and some even have door hinges glued on now. When my wife rolled our 2004 Envoy all 4 doors got new outter skins guled on by the body shop and they use a special tool like a router to take the old one off that leaves a glue flange for the new skin to be glue'd to.

Ever tried aligning a door with the bolts from the hinge going to the body and the bolts on the other side going from the hinge to the door? Its a b1tch!!! When they're built now the hinges are bolted to the door so they can be taken off easily and glued to the body with susction cup machines along with shims to line them up once the glue sets bam perfect jamb alignment every time.

Ok think Im done trust me Ive been around a fair amout of body work and looking at my car makes me cry inside a little with the few hail dents, scuffed front bumper and the rear passenger 1/4 dented. Tho none of its very bad at all it still bugs the hell out of me. :)

I like the moldings because it saves your car from a lot of dents and breaks up the body a little, Also without them the side skirts look like there sticking out to far.

I Don't feel like it saves that many dents, I took them off my Trans Am and have had no dent issues but I park away from everyone everywhere I go in any car.
