Remote starting

Gran prix 3.8 liter
Is there a relay or fuse that controls the remote starting on my key fob.when I press the button the lights on my car light up as if to start the car but nothing happens.

If you did the "lock, lock, hold remote start to 2 seconds" and it doesn't start, alot of times it's related to having a check engine light on and a security feature maybe.

I'm talking factory remote start though, but I'm not sure what year of car you own. 97-03 was never an option and I think past like 2005-2006 they were an option.
 
Hello everyone,I have a gran prix supercharged 3.8,2006 gt need to know behind the engine there is two sensors that look alike,they both look like map sensors,one has a vacuum hose leading from it the other one dissent also on top of the engine I see a small plate covering a hole that says pc valve,the valve is in there but is not connected to anything any information about these items will be appreciated

One is a map sensor the other is a baro sensor.

The PCV valve is not suppose to connect to anything, it's just a check valve that open and closes with changes in pressure.
