I know i am a little off the Grand prix topic.
I am looking to install a remote starter in a 2001 chevy express van. There are no power wondow or locks and the key has no chop in it.
I was looking at a simple Avital kit. Has anyone ever done one of these vans. I have done tons of vehical stereos and i am an electrician but have never done a remote starter.
Is this something fairly simple to do or would i be batter paying someone. I got a quote of $229 from a local stereo shop.
Hopefully someone has encountered this vehical.
