relay harness questions

I installed a 9007 relay harness today and now when i have my fogs on and switch to brights it runs both the low and high beam filament. What is the reason for this i know its not good to run both at the same time so how do i fix this?
 


This sounds like a problem I had with my new HIDs I got. The company who made the connection to the stock lighting plug had the wires in backwards. I would have high beams on when I had the High Beam off and then would get lows when I would click on the High Beams.

Here what I had to do to correct the problem in my setup.

i think i described my situation wrong. So i have my fogs on with my low beams and switch on my high beams, it runs just the high beams but when i turn my high beams off they stay on with the low beams so now i can only change between my high beams and both beams with the flick of the bright switch.
