And when you did your G5 badge, how did you adhere it? Just use the provided sticky crap on it? And did you use a vinyl overlay on it? I remember seeing Solstice people doing that but would repour the epoxy or whatever the fill is with a different color. I think I might do that, the stock is getting old plus the vinyl is slowly coming up with every hand wash.

Im using blue ccfls and Im dremeling out the inside of my shrouds (amongst other things)...

I used clear silicone to stick anything like a badge (unless its brand new)...

And the center is just CF vinyl cut to fit as an inlay...

I noticed in one of your pictures it sticks off the front bumper on top quite a ways. Care to explain?

And on the recent retro, I cut all but like 1" of the shroud off. You cant see the back so it works good. I still need to post day time pictures of the retros.

^^Badge... in earlier pics it looked more lifted bc I simply laid it over what remained of the old badge (ripped out the red part but left the rest)... Once i did the CF wrap over the grille area I removed the old one completely, thus my badge now sits much more flush...

So today was an expensive day...

Seized rear caliper, fun times...

That and I PD'd the spokes on one of my MSR's and hated the way it looked, so I peeled it all off... LOL

Sometimes being fussy is a PITA and expensive...

So as I was saying on another forum, first my laptop died last weekend, and now a seized caliper, so yeah its been an expensive week...

Im officially poor again.

Thought Id post on here, havent been on much, sorry peeps... work has been busy and Im on more boards now than ever... and there isnt more time in the day!!!

Since my last post here, the car has had:

3 stage mothers buff and wax, roof is now wrapped in 3M scotchprint, headlight anti shake kit installed, some new decals, and a new rubber front lip extension...

Still trying to get some CCFL's for my next headlight retros, running stock halogens for now...
