Regal vs 05 GT and Civic Si

So my Regal is back on stock injectors, 93 octane and the stock 3.15 TVS pulley, seeing about 7-8psi. I'm trying to buy some time for my transmission and save a little on gas as well. I'm aware that racing someone goes against those goals, but I couldn't resist.

05 GT was all stock, auto, vert. We lined up from a 30ish roll both in 1st. Hit it and immediately started the rape. By 80 it was a solid 3-4 cars and by 110 when I lifted I could barely even make out the shape of his car. If I had to guess, I'd say a solid football field.

Next up was a 2007 Civic Si. Full bolt ons, race header and Hondata. On top of that he's hitting it with a 75 shot. The car traps 101 off the spray. We lined up from a 40 roll, I stayed in 1st. Off the hit I spun a little and it bogged out into 2nd. He got out on me almost a car. Going through the length of 2nd I stopped his pull and began to slowly reel him in. By 3rd I had gotten by him and slowly pulled away to about a 2 car win by 120 when I lifted.

Thanks guys... even though I'm temporarily back to stock injectors and 93, the car is still very quick. I'm running a 12.5 AFR with 20* of timing and I haven't even seen a blip of KR.

It doesn't hit down low like it did on ~14psi (which is pretty much what I'm going for to save the trans awhile) but it pulls very hard to redline. I'd say it's still in the 320-330whp range, lol.

Did the guy in the 3V GT really think he had a prayer? Those things are complete turds in stock form, especially autos. Even my GTP puts buses on them, lol.

Nice kills. I would love to have one of those TVS's honestly.
