I purchased an L26 upper intake manifold from a guy on facebook. I paid for it on Sunday the 27th, and waited until Thursday the 31st to ask for a tracking number. On Friday, the next day, he responded that his brother had not sent it out, and because the item had sat outside, the shipping label had blown off, and that it would be sent on Monday, today, which is January 4th. Yesterday I decided I wouldn't need the manifold and asked him if I could get a refund. as of now, he has not responded, so I'm wondering what, if anything, I should do. if he sends it, can/should I send it back with a "return to sender" message on the box and dispute the transaction with paypal?

What do you guys think?
 


Said and did are two different things. Takes a minute to refund money with PayPal.

Be keep your trigger finger on the "dispute" button.

And the shipping label blew off? That is rich. LOL
 




Hell.. I saw one sitting at a buddy's place the other day. Oddly on the floor next to the computer lol. He's SC'd too.
