Reconditioning Factory Forged GXP Wheels

Recently picked up a 06 Grand Prix GXP and wanted to know the best way to recondition the OEM Alcoa Forged wheels. Trying to determine if they are clear coated or just polished. Need to take out some light curb scuffs and a overall polish to make look new again. Maybe someone did their own and has before/after pics?
