• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Rebuilt everything and I need some guidance. (Injectors,gears,e-85)

Nah no problems..the real issue is when you already have a maf and ve table that arent up to par....then throwing injectors without data will have you chasing your tail..

Once i got all the proper offsets for my injectors figured out everything evened out accordingly. I have ltft disabled on my tune and my avg stft across the board a re +-4% so im happy with where its at. My actual afr ends up 9.89 and 9.85 so im happy. All i had to do was change my stoich for the fuel

I am REALLY hoping I can get away with this.. I have my injectors and Fuel Pump Rewire installed now. Just waiting a week or so before putting in a full take of E85 and seeing how it does. I am going to try the stoich table change first, and have my UEGO wideband show me lambda values... If it seems wack, I may switch the stoich table back and just change the injector table to 30% smaller.

Awesome...hopefully we can put it to the test. Hpt says its master stoich table for the pcm si if you fire it up drive around easy till you know all the gas is out then fill with e85 again and your trims are still the same youre golden. If it dosent work oh well..

I'm scared....Going to turn the key later today and start this *****, a generic tune I made up from high octane and gear change posts I found on these and the HP forums. no going past 1/2 throttle for a while but I hope I dont grenade this **** right away.

You could always Dropbox the tune file on here for people more experienced to look at it for you...what did you touch

why would you go and find some random garbage when I took the time to write a complete start to finish guide on this?

So for the e-85 fill up, I should go with 42-45 across the table I changed to 58-62 to start and tune with the wideband from there? I really cant afford to blow this thing up now, and I guess I don't see the full start to finish guide here anywhere.

I have been playing with my E85 setup/tune a lot lately.. I would honestly skip the injector table change and change the other fueling/stoich tables appropriately:

http://www.grandprixforums.net/threads/90730-Just-switched-to-E85-Here-s-what-I-learned!

Check that out and let me know if you have any specific questions. I have played with many tunes since my switch a few weeks ago. I think I have it pretty dialed in at this point (added every bit of 50+ hp with the change).

focus on changing the fueling tables first (stoich, PE, etc..) Then go through and zero out some of the timing table "adders" and leave the stock Hot/Cold timing tables alone to begin with. Also, just go through the different tabs under the Engine options in HPT and anytime you see AFR or fuel, check to make sure that if there is a AFR reference/target, it is set to 9.8ish instead of the standard 14.7. That is really all there is to make sure that everything got changed! Keep us posted

Feel free to upload your tune here and I can download and take a look
