Rebuilding Gen V

So Yesterday I scored a Gen V blower for only $90. It looks to be in good shape and I don't feel any play in the snout. My question for you guys would be should a rebuild this thing and either paint or powder coat or leave it as is? The rotor pack looked okay there was a few very small scratch marks here and there which i'm assuming is normal? Is there any place that i could get the rotors refinished if they needed

not that i know of but its a lot of work. you need to sand it with finer and finer paper till its got a polished finish. rotary tools would be you best friend.

i just cleaned mine up and painted and clear coated it. did this two weeks ago maybe.

I call that Yellow with a capital 'Y'.
So jealous. I really wish I could get the sunburst orange metallic in an engine enamel to use on mine XD

theres lots of colors out there, orange is available. i painted my whole engine yellow, to bad you cant see any of it once installed.

Haha. Yes I've seen an orange or two, but I'm sure they wouldn't be the same exact orange as my car's body, which is the issue XD I don't want two different oranges going on. That is a nice job you did there :)
