Rear upper strut mount

Picked up an 05 GXP a few weeks ago, can definately hear a clunk when turning or going over bumps in the rear passenger side. I'm guessing its the mount, haven't really had time to look at it a ton. What's the easiest way to go about replacing it? Jack car up, compress spring and just unbolt it?

You have to jack up the car, unbolt the 3 bolts on the top of the strut then undo the lower strut bolts. From there the strut should come out. You can go to harbor freight and get some cheap mcphearson style spring compressors to compress your springs, then undo the top bolt in the center of the strut mount.

An impact wrench really helps on the lower strut bolts and the top center bolt as well as some PB blaster.

Jack car up, remove wheel, unbolt strut assembly. Compress spring, remove top bolt, remove strut mount, replace mount, put top bolt back on, reinstall assembly, put wheel back on.

most likely culprit is a broken sway bar end link, not the upper strut mount.

Well, I can hear it on that side when I compress the suspension by pushing on the trunk. I can only hear it inside the trunk/car as well, and just on the passenger side...which lead me to assume its the mount. I'll be sure to check the sway bar out too, what should I look for there?

grab the bottom of the sway bar link and push it up n down to see if there is play in it! but sounds most likley like a sway bar link.
