Rear inner fenders

One of my rear inner fenders is almost completely rust out where the shock is attached and I can not find where to get a new one or how to replace it
please help!! (and don't post get a new car it's not a option) thanks!

You'll have to have a new strut mount welded in. mines getting pretty bad to.

sand blast it, cut out the bad areas, weld in a 1/8" plate. Paint with epoxy chassis coating.
