Rear Bank Only Misfires

Well after going through everything my back bank/side (cylinders 6,2,4) is missfiring like crazy and can hardly keep an idle.

I have a code for my 02 sensor. Is this a likely problem or could a micro exhaut leak be causing it? :confused:
