re-wire your locking flash to your corner lights



i just pulled my DRL fuse and it works for me. i dont think you can do that with 99+ though, but i might be wrong.

For the first link the area to look is on the drivers side dash area. Pop that little panel off and you will see the area. This flashes the corners instead of the headlights. For me and some others it flashes the dash lights as well as the rear lights. I did this because I wanted to retain the flashing feature and the horn feature.
