Thats funny bcuz this morning i blew a headlight fuse trying to figure it out... i thought i was ****ed lol

IDk lol i was plugging and unplugging **** from the cars harness.
I really did think i was ****ed! Now i need to figure out how big of a hole i need here.

Its to make extra room for the projector.
This is Drunkies picture, he OD it a little lol. Dave recommends a 2" hole saw.

I thought drunkie said it wasnt necessary, but you have to do something else to make up for it...

Yeah ill go with a 2" hole saw, maybe 2.5".

yeah if ya got the tools go a lil bigger, gives room for movement and ease of getting it in etc.

did you CF a shroud yet?

Well i have a holesaw, but its for wood. Ill have to go to the store.
Ill see if i can wrap one shroud tonight and put it in the oven. Hopefully it works out.

Yeah its plastic :) I know its around here somewhere in the garage!
It might be too small though.

Pretty productive last night! Got the ballast mounted on the car.
Drivers side projector is mounted with JB weld kwik... will be finished off with the JB weld original i got this morning.
Passengers side projector is ready to go on. I should have her all done next weekend!
CF wrapped both shrouds... they look ok. :D
