Rattling noise when hitting bumps?

Ive noticed a rattling type noise in the rear driver side corner in my gp, its a coupe if it makes any difference lol. It almost sounds like the seatbelt hitting or something rattling inside the wall, any other ideas of what it could be or how to solve the issue?

I'd challenge you to check the brake caliper floating pins/bolts first for security. I had worked one loose somewhere along the way and it fell out. The sound you're describing was reminiscent of my caliper flapping around a little bit.

It's normal GP noise, just turn up the radio and worry once something falls off.

Something simple most likely, just have to jack it up and recheck tightness of things.

Could be a rear strut mount as well. I know mine clunk sometimes if I hit a bump/pothole just right. As tanker said its time to throw it on a jack and jackstands and take a look for anything loose, or that shows signs of movement where there shouldn't be (shiny metal on a painted/coated surface, etc..).

Could be any of the aforementioned items or something totally unexpected.
You've got to get under there and take a look see. Get you hands on things and see what's loose.

Not mentioned but I'd check you exhaust system hangers as well... : )
