Rattle from front driver tire?

I noticed this rattle a while ago and have been noticing it more and more the last couple months.

It's coming from my front driver tire and it does it the most when I brake from higher speeds (over 50) or when I have to brake fast. And sometimes when I go over big bumps.

My steering wheel doesn't shake and my car doesn't pull to either side.
