• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! RANT: Freakin' Neighbors....

Precisely why I have things shipped to my office. I tend to not deal with companies that will ship to my home address only.
 


Well consider yourself lucky that he gave it to you. If that happened in my neighbor"hood" they would have kept it and if I asked them if they had it they would have denied it. Hell if anything gets left at the door and no one is home they have even been known to steal stuff right from outside your house :th_angry-teeth:

Exactly. Because we have sucky neighbors. I've had boxes of bodybuilding supplies and supplements magically disappear. Oh and things from Victoria's Secret. I keep looking around for the thug boy with biceps, but alas, there are none. Maybe there's a dumbalina ripping around or something I haven't spotted yet, wearing my groovie bras. Or panties on her head!
 
my next door neighbors complained about my exhaust...lol asked if there was anythign wrong with my car. LMAO, then again they also complain about the town mowing the lawn across the park as well...let me tell you folks these neighbors are strange and real tree huggers!
 
Atleast the panties were new. When they take em off the clothes line, time to move;)

Our neighbor's are all old people, sucks having parties, but you don't have to worry about them moving a package of headers around. We get a few peepers though when we play yard games like bags or football catch. The only big bad neighbor we have got scared away when we played strip croquet in the front yard. He came down the street all pissed because he thought we egged his car and then saw one of us in just boxers and bunny ears. He just kind of looked stunned for a second and headed right back to his house...

We have a hot neighbor a few houses down, it's actually man law to go outside and watch her mow lawn.
 
5 years ago I had a $2K custom built dell built for me. 3.06 Ghz P4 w/hyperthreading, 2 gigs of ram, ATI 9800 PRO video card, Santa Cruiz 7.1 surround sound card, the works. 5 years ago that PC was the ****. It still would hold its own today if the motherboard wouldnt have blown 6 months ago.

No one was home when the UPS guy attempted to deliver. So he left it at the neighbors house and didnt leave a slip on my door. I got home around 4PM and was all pumped cause I couldnt wait to set this beast up. It wasnt there and I :(. I went online and used the tracking number and it said it was delivered. Now I started to panic cause I didnt have it. I called UPS and they said they didnt have it and that it was delivered. I called Dell and they said they would look into it but couldnt help today. I was really pissed and bumed about the situation. 9PM comes and the neighbor THEN decides to knock on the door and tell me that they received my computer and they didnt want to leave it in the garage. While I was relieved that I got it, I was pissed they waited 5 hours to say anything to me. To me that was 5 hours wasted on my old 933 mhz POS.

Now all my current neighbors do is just shut the door to the building while Im carrying groceries, a 2 year old and her diaper bag. WOOT WOOT. :rolleyes:

around here if the UPS man does that they get in trouble, my neighbors would have pawned it by the time he was out of the drive

I refuse to move. I will stay just to annoy the crap out of my neighbors.

I think I will have a Halloween party at my place before CRUE FEST (in JULY, no less). With strip croquet. Nothing like a bunch of drunk metal heads ripping around the neighborhood in boxer shorts and bunny ears.

LOL , Man that is messed up.. LOL..Fact is people will make mistakes.. I know I just did on a huge GPONA Polo order I did last week. I forgot the APT number (I had to ship like 32 packages to different addresses) ... Oops.. Well, lucky for me I used UPS with tracking information. I was able to call UPS and have the address modified with the APT #. It is going to take a bit longer for the guy to get the goods, But he will get them.

Very funny! That just made my day.

I had a little get together recently. One of my pals has this beat up old van that he runs just straight SPL comps in. Nothing but walls of subs and amps. So, he was our entertainment, gracing us with Metallica, Slaughter, and Pantera, oh and a little Nightwish for yours truly. Home boy across the way just came out on his porch one time and glared. Poor thing. Of course, my boy with the van is also one of my sparring partners at 6'4" 260. So you know home boy was not going to come over and say a word. As if I'm not mean enough right. I had one neighbor donate a quart of fresh strawberries and some steaks on the grill for the cause...she and her husband hate rap as much as I do.

The Halloween party will be the day of Crue-Fest, as our pre-party. Should be entertaining...
