i shoulda stayed in school. i now whole-heartedly believe that saying i could do a better job than my boss is no longer an achievement. you're my f*cking supervisor, and we're all in management, you're supposed to be able to take conflict. it wasn't even conflict, ideas get shot down all the time. i think it says something if every other person in the meeting thinks that this proposal is going to be counter-productive. so does she listen? no. she says we're doing it, and then cries because we think it's retarded
