ram air hood question

Well as part of my car project I want to get a ram air type of hood. The one I want I think it's called SD. Anyway I've seen it online for around $500, which is ok I guess, but my concern is the shipping and no page offers shipping costing, they have to contact you for that and since I'm not ordering it just now I had two questions:

1. what's the average shipping costs for one of these in the US? International shipping costs I'm located in Mexico if you also know by any chance.

2. Is it possible to buy the inserts only? I saw a pair of the cowl type inserts for sale on the mexican ebay, but that's not the type I want.

I think freight shipping in the use is between 75 and 100 dollars not sure what it would be to mexico.

theres a mexican ebay? awesome! another member on the forums just made his own hoodscoop, you can do that if you can do body work but not sure if its possible to buy those 'inserts'

Where have you found this hood for $500?? The best I've seen is about $700!
