The radio in my 2004 grand prix gtp has started changing stations on its own. This only happens when listening to 99.3fm. It jumps to 94.3fm only. There are 3 very strong station between these two. 94.3fm is not a preset station. This problem doesn't happen everyday. It also does not happen all the time while listening to this station. The station will jump while turning, going straight, bumpy roads, smooth roads(so no specific road conditions). It also happens in different locations geographically(not the same spot during my daily commute). All the buttons function as normal on the steering wheel(no problems with any of them). The radio and all wiring, speakers, and antenna are stock. No aftermarket components have been added.
I am puzzled as to what this could be. It always jumps from 99.3 to 94.3.
I also noticed that once in a great while, the radio station playing is not the sation that is displayed, for example, listening to 94.7 and the display shows i am listening to 105.9. not sure if the two are connected.
Also, the car has not been in an accident(not sure if it is realevant).
