hey guys i noticed the radiator hose under the coil bracket pinches shut when i give the motor throttle....is the hose just old an collapsed?
 


do you have any air in the lines? It may need to be bled if that is the case...when does it do it? after driving awhile.........just coming up to temp? Please explain the scenario.....
 
I had seen my other one collapse........the one going after the thermostat into the rad. but this was right after I had done the coolant change over.....I bled it and refilled it completely and it has been fine ever since.......fwiw
 
100k old prob thats what my car has....i bled the system for awhile when i threw in the 180stat so i dont see there being any air in there but i guess its possible....im willing to bet its old...and needs replacing...
 


when they start collapsing they are usually just old and need to be replaced. have fun getting coolant everywhere. :D
 
ehh i been wanting to get rid of the dexcool for awhile now ....this is a good excuse :) and do i need to go to the dealer for this part?
