rack and pinions?

I need a complete suspension upgrade. Where is the best place to find parts? How good is a1 cardone rack and pinions? Thanx for any help
 


What specifically are you looking for?

Most recommend the GMPP sway bar kit combined with mild lowering springs like ssc or vogtland and KYB GR2 struts.

You can do better than, but the cost greatly increases.
 
Im going with coil overs heard they were the best for handling and ride comfort and they were adjuatable. So any help is greatly apreciated
 
You wont want to run them in the winter and you'll need to put a fair amount of effort into maintaining them.

If you did want to go for them I'd suggest custom valved bilsteins to match your vehicle and chosen spring rate.
 
I've been told to stick with OEM racks on these cars. I found an AC Delco rack on Ebay for a 1/3 of what the dealer wanted and so far so good. What year is your car? Do you have Magnasteer? If you have a small 2 wire harness coming from the rack near the rubber boot on the steering linkage (drivers side) then you have Magnasteer.
 
Itll be garage kept in the winter. Not sure what pinion i have pulled the motor out and off to work i went.
