Raced a TBSS with my TBSS...

Ran into some girl driving a TBSS in the downtown part of flint (possibly the ****tiest area in the entire US). I was a bit weirded out by the not so TBSS rear bumper but didnt think about it much, it had wheels, ss badges all over, etc (never saw the front really). Ended up giving it a little race up to 70 and beat it by 4-5 cars starting from behind.. figured she wasnt trying...

We jump on the eway and I just pulled away from her up the entrance ramp... then I get ricer flybyed... muahhaha

Fake TBSS vs real TBSS... winning!!

he has been warned. One more and he is gone.

I got a tbss to dark they are a whoot to drive.

lol. my friend has a jeep with the 5.7. I put an intake, exhaust, and tuned it. and its as quick as a TBSS now.

was she hot

see "it was downtown flint"

The tbss 0-60 time is fairly plagued by the stupid excuse for a torque converter they have stock... a TC makes them 12 second rides most of the time, while mine stays around 13.6 with the stock converter.

I'd race your TBSS against mine :th_winking:

The gearing really helps the Jeep SRT8's vs the TBSS. They sure are fun, though. Lots of little quirky stuff with them like any GM vehicle.

nice kill, did you see the muffler on it? I know that the SS has a straight tip where as the LS has it curving down and possibly a bit smaller. If it was the one that curves down then it was a fake and the girl got ripped off. LOL

zero exhaust coming out behind the axle.. it was just a blank rear.

Must have been a base, why else would you remove it. I dont know what its called but did the sides have like this outward rectangle with round end shaped thing on the sides? For the SS its just a blank flat door with a SS badge and the LS or base has this roundish shaped lining thing going from front to back on the side and in that thing it says Trailblazer so it wouldn't be the SS.

Some SS's came with factory side plastics from the dealer. It was a dealer installed item, not GM. I remember seeing a thread on tbssowners with pictures. Kind of weird looking, good thing it's a rarity.
