• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

R1 Concept

There rotors are ok. But don't try to get them resurfaced. R1 does not put the minimum dot specs that they can be resurfaced to....So no one will do it for you.

Well i would not mind recomending them. Other than that fact. But that's all i've used.Just them.

Are you serious about that TD? How did you come across this information? That is the first I have heard of that. If it's true, that is truly sad. :(

Sure am James. Unfortunatly I found out about it the other day when i tried to bring them to get resurfaced after one of my pads went out and wore into the rotor. The siad to me when i brought them to him that there is nothing on the rotor with that information on it. To be able to be resurfaced they have to have the DOT specs on them

I will have to check somewhere else to see if they can still do it. But most people don't have new enough machines to be able to do drilled and slotted. So you're choices on where you have to bring them is limited.

I think i will write R1 an email and see what they have to say about it.

Yes please do that, cause that is potentially an unsafe practice for them to do. And considering all the sales they have made over the years, that could be very bad. Keep me and us up to date sir :)
