R.i.p #1388

if i was you, get it towed to your house., go ahead and get another car. and fix this up <_<.. mine was " totalled" and i fixed it myself. from what i see. you could easily fix this.. i for one, am glad you didnt hit the tree. and if your gunna get rid of it. give it to me :P lmao

; doesnt look to bad. itd take quite a bit more for me to give up on it.
like boosten said.

Glad your alright. Maybe totaled out according to insurance standard but you could always buy it back (buy it cheap) and fix it as you have time/money n take the insurance check and get another car. Yea title won't be a clear one but that shouldn't matter if you plan on keeping it. Best of luck.

Buy it back?.. its your car.. they dont take it.. you tell them your keeping it. they wont give a shxt. your the one paying them... lmao

with mine, i had full coverage.
they totalled it. i retained salvage, and fixed it myself.( not 100% yet ) but shes drivable.

If they totaling the car out as cutting you a check better believe they're taking the car they're are not going to just let you keep it..now you could offer to buy it back and that's a whole other story.

That car is pretty wrecked, unless you have access to your own frame rack and know how to fix it there's really no point to buy it back. I can almost guarantee you they will claim that car as totaled unless it had stupid low miles Daytona or not.

Yeah I really don't have the time or space to keep it and fix it. I just bought another project car 2 days before the accident. It sucks cause I really love that car.

Well the car was totaled by the insurance company. They are going to give me the car but I don't have space for it to fix it. Sooo I have to sell it by Thursday or I might have to give it to the tow company. If anyone wants it pm me. I don't want to scrap it.

Wrecked rear end, still in better condition than mines. (Rust)

Well the insurance is letting me keep the car. They don't want it. So that is awsome that I get to keep it for free too. So the money from selling it should help too.

Well that's the end of my beautiful 1998 Daytona edition grand prix. I was on my way to the DMV for inspection and I slow down for a light but apparently the guy behind me didn't get the memo and rearends me and pushes me into the woods. I guess it could of been worse cause I barley doged a tree by inches. I'm pissed to say the least. All you guys with Daytona editions your cars just went up in value.
this bites. my condolences. i had one of these a couple of years ago,#777 and i enjoyed it. beautiful car that really turned heads.
