new to this site but I have a 94 gtp 3.4 dohc...running really rough did plugs still runs the same good fuel pressure new pump and filter feels like it has no power and "kicks" in and out of the miss will run fine for a few seconds till I touch the gas pedal...head gaskets and intake are fine....help please
 


There is a vacuum line that runs under the intake manifold it dry rots a lot and causes a large vacuum leak, the car will idle funny, it doesnt seem to have much power, you might get some backfiring.
 
The mass air flow is the thing in the intake tube, let me see if I can find a picture of it.
No you have to take the upper intake off.
 


Its on this thing in the intake tube.

Just replaced that, found a vacuum line that runs from valve cover to valve cover that was disconnected would that cause the problem?
