Did a eviction today for 1 unit in a 4unit building. All units are unoccupied, 2 which have been trashed out already and the last pending eviction so the building can be taken over by the bank. Finished eviction part, so cop left, shortly after I hear a noise comming from the 2nd floor, figured someone did live upstairs w/e. Then I see this

Fking squatter was hiding on the 2nd floor somewhere!!!!! And stole all the appliances HAHAHAHAHAHA. Those guys were stealing so well its like they were just moving out, no **** given, no rush, no care, they even had a guy wait outside by the curb so they could unload the van and get the rest. I was on the 1st floor so I saw him come down the stairs every single time in the hallway, even got a vid of them taking the stove down the stairs haha. Ghetto man, nobody gives a fck and cops.... what cops?

After we finished the initial part I poked around the building and found his make shift living area.

I do miss working in the ghetto sometimes, you cant make this **** up. I dont enjoy having to check on the trucks all the time though.
