Question... NO

anything is possible. try to get a drive by vid one day, tis the rainy season so I am flushing my toilet 600 times a day (suck cock cali!)

Ya I dont understand why the tips do that. Everything was welded up level as a bird, put the final middle hangers and weld in the middle then boom unlevel. Im gonna have to look under and see exactly what is going on.

Messing with the gauge today and seems my LTFT are off?

This is coasting @ 40ish

besides the ponder runs excellent.

I dont think this new starter likes my 1/0 hookup, stripped the first bolt, got a new starter, nut threaded this time but its ooo so just barley hanging on, fck this aftermarket crap. Still spins super fast :)

Grounded my oil temp and pressure temp sensors direct, some reason they are not grounding through the adapter, which I would deem the cause cause the only metal thing touching the block is the oil filter adpater through spacer to original oil filter screw in thingy AND the plate is anodized aluminum (conflicting reports as it even matters) SO I think it works now as I get numbers instead of 00

Yup ghetto style, clamps holding on a spade to the sensor:)

its part of the big 3, I have 1/0 to the starter, battery trans ground, fuse box, and alt

I have pics of it all pages back

I never saw the point in the bigger wire going to the starter, It only get used during starting and if the connections are clean, the factory wire is more than enough. I always thought the big 3 was Battery to alt (1) Battery to chassis (2) and Chassis to engine (3). Lol, gotta give ya **** about something :th_biggrin2:

Hey Boob, since your the wiring genius around here let me ask.how many feet would I need total to do the "big 3" and is welding cable good to use?

I've heard bad things about using welding cable because of the strand count. Red asked me about it and I totally forgot to look it up. I'll look it up either tonight or tomorrow. IIRC is was something about the strand count isn't the most efficient. Better than stock? Sure, but not the best for it's size. Depending on if you include the starter or not, I'd think 8-10 feet would be plenty. About 8-10 inches for the battery to chassis, 4-5 feet to goto the alternator from the battery, 1-2 feet to go from chassis to engine, and on these cars you'll want to go from the battery to the fuse box (or the alternator to the fuse box) so another few feet for that. I actually need to do mine all proper like, I might do that this weekend if my back is up to it. I may as well do a write up if I do...

Yea you did >_<. I don't think lack of strand is a issue if you get decent cable

Wow, that's a good deal. I paid about 2 bucks a foot last time I bought it. Would be cool to have some links to good terminals to use, hint hint. All I have is huge aluminum lugs.

I'll be waiting :) I need to go get that alternator too. I was at the yard a week ago and found a nice one but forgot my flipping 15mm wrench. :( And they are only 15 bucks. Had quite a few of them. One I started removing had a remanufactured sticker on it.

Where is this chassis to engine?

Bigger wire to starter makes a **** ton of a difference in terms of how fast it cranks. Its like no hesitation, nothing just spins super fast real quick and then its running, try it:)

I thought about using welding wire, but instead went with 1/0 cca (copper clad aluminum) ****s super flexible, ebay kind but gotta watch out for the "to good to be true deals" as they are more jacket (insulation) than wire.
