• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Question... NO

Well imageshack deleted all your pics from the rust repair, if it's not too much of a hassle could you re-upload them? This was a good thread for rocker rust repair

I have honestly lost all hope for imageshack. And don't get me started on Photobucket, every time I go on there to try to upload something the damn site is down for maintenance..... I just use my private ftp server now.

I blame chris99gtp for making me start this project since he was looking for headers and we all know I had them on. As of right now I am the slowest L67 car out there, 140whp ftw!

Looks dam good for not being cleaned since I put it back on 3.5 years ago!

Headers out, you can see my flex pipe delete and replaced with a 3" 45°. I expected the rear to be a pita since everyone cries about it. I cant comment on the install because I put the header in the bay before I dropped the engine in. Take it out I just unbolted and lifted it straight out........

Dunno the agenda tmw, maybe injectors, misc little crap then try for the 1/0ga replacements.

Thanks eric, all that work to get them out maybe I will just leave them in since I dont see them falling out..... right?

Ya 98 I am in no hurry either haha. Today I put the 60# injectors in and messing with the power and ground wires. I am taking the week off from the gym so I can milk it the entire time. At a standstill with the 1/0ga wire, I dont like the copper lug w/e terminals, and the solder looks funky so I ordered some set screw 1/0 terminals, gotta wait for friday for that ugh. I guess that means tmw maybe I can start putting the go fast parts on :(

What kind of ends are you putting on that wire? You can go down to menards home depot lowes and get real man ends that have a allen head screw in them that you can screw into the cable with then feed some solder into the top of it. Crimp style ones blow even if you fill them with solder after. I had to do this when my battery terminal was burned off from the joker before me on the gutted car.

get new ends, solder them on, then use large shrink tubes over it. best way to do cables, no air can ever get to the cables.

like this but put the shrink tube on first, then trim the insulation back and test fit so the insulation is inside the lug.
