Question about the coolant capacity.

depends on your year. that rubber ring goes around the t stat. o4 up cars have a O ring that seals the housing. 97-03 use a paper gasket. its like 2 bucks. O ring maybe less.


no rtv is needed. scrape both sides with a razor to clean it, wipe it dry and install. dont go nuts making them bolts tight. seen a where a few guys snapped em off.
