putting in heating/cooling seats

i have a '02 regal gs. was wondering is it possible to throw in seats that have the heating/cooling feature even if my car doesn't? if so how hard would it be and what would i have to do as far as wiring? want it more for the cooling cause i live in arizona and i don't think i've turned the heat on in my car once since i've been here...well maybe once. thanks in advance.

seen a thread where a guy put the ac duct from under the front seat into the seat foam.

heated or seat swap or remove them from another car, theres the bottom, and the back.

then for a regal where the tc off button is theres another top plate that holds the two heat buttons, and the tc button, you need the harness that runs under the console that plugs in near the power port wire. you may need the donor cars plug too make this work. you also need the wires from the switches to the under the seat where they plug into the heaters.

or buy a aftermarket heated seat kit and install them.
