Putting Factory Stereo Back In 2000 gp

i had a pioneer head unit in my car for a long time, but i want to put the factory radio back in the car. what will i need to do this?...the back of the stock radio has 2 spots to plug in...one is for the wire harness...what is the other one for?...and i'm not talking about the antenna.

Its an accessory plug, like for On Star or an aux cassette deck. You can leave it empty.

oh yeah ok thanks...i plugged the harness back into the stock stereo...all the lights on it are on. there is nothing showing up on the screen though. why is this not turning on?

Is there sound? If there is, then the display bulb may just be burned out.

no sound..it is definitely not on...just the lights
