Projectors .... help?

I have a set of spyder projectors that seem to want to point into the ground no matter what the adjuster is set at. I have the weather stripping installed, which has helped with the bounce but the light doesn't even reach the car in front of me. Is this what was meant by the poor light output?

anyone know where I can get a quality set of OEM style headlights?

I do have an h1 HID kit installed. Do I need a new kit to run the 9007 bulb?
 
I had the same issue when I ran these a long time ago. What I did was mod the brackets to space them out and give me more turns on the adjuster. I just used some washers.
