Project Debt Free



So I picked up a little something for this, gonna be a long term project for this long term project. LOL Only going to used the block and a few of the covers. Hopefully the rest will sell to recoup some funds.



 


It's a teksid block out of a mark 8. Already had this set up once, sold it all off with the silver car. Oops.

On a side note I cannot believe what 03 heads go for. Ford wants $2850 for a pair. :rolleyes:
 
Long term plans are to just build the shortblock and jam in the corner and save up pennies to do the top end next year.

Short term plans are to stick this bumpstick into the old windsor.

So I installed my cam and it that's as far as I got. Looks like I'm going to need new pushrods, again. This cam appears to be cut on a smaller base circle. Does it ever end with these friggin' cars?
