You can also Google Gonneville, he was a guy that was doing a PA build on other forums I've been part of. Not sure where he landed.

When you go to swap your motor..enjoy that passenger side mount. hahahahahahaha
Personally before you invest a ton of money into the charged setup...I'd suggest taking a serious look at turbo setups. You'll do much better.
Next up.. get drag bags. 1998 BUICK PARK AVENUE Air Lift 1000 Load Assist Rear Spring Kits 60776 - SummitRacing.com They will help with the weight transfer, something no W body owner had available without compromising ride quality.

Good luck with project but I see this car getting totalled in no time flat. You got a boat that handles & brakes like $hit and you wanna run 12's with it. I sincerely hope you upgrade all the suspension & brakes before you get anywhere close to that kind of power. You admit you have lots of tickets which says you drive someone else's car (as this Buick is your first) irresponsibly a fair bit. So driving a 4000lb peanut butter sandwich handling 300+ whp that can't brake & to boot way over posted speed limits = just a matter of time.

Stay safe please & work on less tickets so you can get better insurance rates.

you say it cant brake? it have bigger brakes then the w bodys. has 12 inch rotors. and i have drilled and slotted on it. going to f body brakes. the car wieghs 3700 from factory. and i have am doing weight reductions. i have tickets for speeding on the high way. so you know im obviously gonna totall it on the high way doing 75?
have you ever been in a accident with a park avenue? i have my dad hit a brike wall in his old one at 35, and it did do **** but scratch up the front bumper... so you know obviously gonna totall it

it would be nice to upgrade everything further. Have you checked to see if the suspension is FE5? If not.. it's well worth taking a look around and doing what you can. As for the brakes, I'm unsure if you can mod the vette brakes... are your brackets part of the knuckle?

First..get a picture from the back of the brake area. Let's ensure you aren't like the Bonne and don't just bolt the caliper to the knuckle.

im at school now but when i get off ill snap a picture. im 95% sure they arent. im pretty sure ive taken them off. will i need a bigger tire? i have 16 inch stock rims

Without you mentioning it had bigger brakes & seeing it with the stock wheels & what looks to be stock tire size, I assumed but I also assumed you want to be safe in some way shape or form...

Not sure exactly what your speeding ticket comment means, I am thinking you are saying that nobody wrecks a car at 75MPH on the highway?

Just because a car is big doesn't mean you are safe.

Punctuation is your friend too. If you got brakes then get a good suspension & some good tires. Still anyone driving like an A-hole trumps safety. Definately interested in the project.

the buick once its built will not really see much street driving once everything is done. its gonna be a weekend car. im doing the brakes and probably the kit that bill posted its getting 18 inch tires propably if i go cts-v brakes. thats what it said i need. this summer almost every suspension piece in the front was replaced. sway bar bushings all new control arms with new bushings and ball joints. new tie rods, new front struts, and cv axles. its gonna be pretty sound in the front suspension
