Problems after tranny swap

Ok I've got all my other problems mostly solved except the tranny... I swapped a 02 L67 into my 97 L67 and before the swap both lights worked on the dash showing what if your in park and what not and both car you could press the break and shif from park and turn the key all the way back... Now I can't I used the 98 wiring and ECM and even tried a back up ECM I have so it's not that... Any ideas what I can check? Wires I may have damaged in the swap that would cause this or a relay? It drives fine other then the one tranny code that comes up from time to te and I can't remember the code number off hand... Any thoughts in what I can check would be grate...thanks guys

You say you have a 97. Unless you repinned the pcm connectors.. a 98+ pcm isn't going to work. The pins are different for various things.

Put the 97 pcm in.

Assuming you moved the PNP switch over to the new trans so that it'll know when you are in N/P and gears etc?

There's a ton of info in this thread from setting the postiion of the switch to the wiring pins to hookup either an internal or external PNP

The pnp switc is the 01 trans switch I ask before if it was a straight swap and was told just the trans cooler lines had to me modified so I did that... If I swap the switch from the 98 to the 01 everything should work fine?
