Problem with passenger window

I have a 2002 grand prix se and the passenger window won't work when it is hot outside. when it gets dark and cools off, it starts to work. i can't hear anything when i use the switch. also the back right window won't go up using that doors switch but the master switch will make it go up. any suggestions?
