Problem after pulley install

So I got my mps and 3.5 pulley on today and now my scanner (torque app) is reading a constant 1in vacuum and not showing any boost even though I know the car is making boost because it pulls like crazy. My ltft is 0 at wot so I would assume i don't have a vacuum leak. I also sprayed around the vacuum lines and can't find any leaks. Everything else is working except my vacuum boost gauge. Any help is appreciated.

So after some research I found that I may have broken the connector to my map sensor or my map sensor itself while yanking the factory original spark plug wires today, I was a little careless getting them out and just kinda pulled them through with force, before doing the plug wires my boost/vacuum pid was working, also before the gauge/pid stopped working I had clean crisp shifts, now I have intermittent harsh shifts. So before removing plug wires like an idiot I had zero issues and could read boost, after I can't read boost and have stupid shifting after a few miles of driving. So what I did is ordered a new connector from zzp, a new map sensor from rock auto, and a zzp shift kit just incase I'm seeing the beginning of a pcs issue in my trans. But I'm almost positive this shifting issue is directly related to the map sensor issue as it never existed untill this point. I'm also going to pulley up to a 3.6 as I'm seeing up to 4* of kr on the 3.5 untill I can get a plog and dp or headers.

Btw- I assume I'm not tossing a code ither because the car hasn't been driven enough with the issue present or because I have evap and 02 codes deleted on my tune.

Fixed it, vacuum line to map broke. Now the harsh shifting is still intermittent, and...... I have the p1811 code :( funny in 2k miles this has never been an issue untill just now. I have the zzp shift kit on the way, hopefully this helps.

I have what my research has identified as appropriate supporting mods for my pulley size.(fwi, colder plugs, tune, and all maitence items up to date) With the map fixed a have 8-9 psi and zero kr. The kr i was seeing was partially due to the motor mount I screwed up putting back on (I fixed this) and hooked back up the map and now have 0

Well after talking to intense he is saying the p1811 code may have been from the new pcm needing an adjustment period, so after some trans tune and a 138 mile trip today the harsh shifting and p1811 code is gone. I ordered a 3.6 pulley today since I have 0 kr from a dig at wot all the way through 80+ but if I get in it from 70-75 i see a 9* kr spike then it falls off back to zero. I feel like it's false kr from worn motor mounts but just to be safe for now I'm going to pulley back up untill I figure out if I'm going headers or plog and dp.
